We strive to make every transaction as simple, safe, and satisfying as possible, and we know you want your order as soon as you click on the Add to Cart button so we try our very best to ship your order at least 3-5 days after payment has been received.  All item are shipped by USPS.

USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Shipping/Delivery Time USPS

  • 1. Standard Shipping: 3-5 Days Production time, 3-7 Days Delivery time. Item will arrive 14 days after order has been received. 
  • 2. Expedited Shipping : 3-5 Days Production time, 1-2 Days Delivery time. Item will arrive 7 days after order has been received. 

When do orders ship?

Shipments are processed Monday-Friday, except for US national and government holidays and except for Pre-Orders. While we strive to have all orders received during business hours processed within 3-5 days. 

 Do you offer free shipping? 

Throughout the Year we will offer specials with free shipping. Sign Up to receive our email for notification on our Free Shipping Specials. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer FREE shipping Internationally.

 Do you ship to military addresses? 

We do! Please enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city field and then choose either AP/AA/AE from the state drop down on our checkout page. 

Do you ship Internationally?

You bet! Team Edge ships world-wide.

Team Edge offers the following shipping methods, and their shipment transit times. Please note that these transit times are effective once the shipment is actually processed and en route:
USPS Priority Mail International (1-2 weeks)
USPS Priority Express Mail International (1-3 days to most areas)
DHL Economy International (9-30 day transit time)
DHL Priority International (5-15 day transit time)

Can I change my address after an order has been placed? 

Once an order has been successfully placed, it then moves to processing and product changes can no longer be made as the order is being packed and prepared for shipment. 

We have a very small window to make shipping address changes. If you find your shipping address is incorrect please email customer support right away with the correct address and we can update that if we are still able to. 

Once an order is marked shipped, it is unable to be updated.

If the package is undeliverable as addressed is will be sent back to us as a 'return to sender'. Once we receive the package, we will reach out to you requesting an updated or alternate address and the package will be re-shipped to you with no additional cost.

I have not received my order yet. 

Please wait 3 to 5 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received tracking number for your US order please contact customer support.
